From Singapore to Tanjung Pinang:
Take the Singapore MRT East-West Line to the Bedok Interchange and jump into Bus No. 35 to the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal close to the Changi Airport. Coming from the Changi Airport you could also take a cab that gets you there in 10-15 min. Ferry Tickets to Tanjung Pinang are available in return/one way and take about 2 hours. Some nationalities require Visa which is available on arrival in Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal (The amount can be known upon arrival in Tanjung Pinang).

From Tanjung Pinang:
From there, take a transport to Trikora Kilometer 42, Pondok Wisata Susy & Activity.
So what you can do is to look out for the white mini vans preferably the ones written 'Kepri' or 'Ankgutan Kota' on it and ask them if they can bring you to Trikora Beach via 'Kilometer 9' or 'Batu 10', the van interchange between the city vans and the outer-city vans.
From there, take another van to Trikora Kilometer 42, Pondok Wisata Susy.
If you bargain friendly enough, you should be able to get there for less than 40 000 Rp per person in roughly 2 hours.
